Registration Fees

Registration will open July 19, 2010. Early Bird Deadline is September 15th.

Please note: There is a $60 cancellation fee per registration if cancelled after October 1, 2010.

Delegates (Presenters, Guests)

Full Conference  fee includes three networking lunches. Saturday Costume Party additional.

All Fees plus HST

Exhibitors (Artists, Management & Agents)

Full Exhibitor fee includes three networking lunches and a 6' exhibit table. Saturday Costume Party Dinner and access to power are additional.

Travel Assistance

The Ontario Arts Council supports Ontario Contact and its delegates through providing travel assistance to those delegates travelling 300+ kilometres to attend.   The Ontario Arts Council subsidy amount available to each organization is dependent on the number of requests received, and is pro-rated based on distance travelled. Generally a subsidy is available towards one delegate per presenter.


Applicants must register to Ontario Contact by September 15, 2010 and check off the travel allowance request. Priority will be given to those representing volunteer presenting organizations and generally only one person per organization will be supported. 

Successful applicants must attend Ontario Contact and therefore will receive their cheques following the conference.
