If you are an artist, agent or artist representative booking a 6 foot table for the Contact Room, please use this Exhibitor registration form.

Registration Option

Contact Room Exhibitor Information

All showcasing artists must register and pay for at least 1 Exhibitor registration which includes a table in the Contact Room and full conference access for 1 exhibitor.

Note that additional conference exhibitors and contact room only exhibitors may also be registered with the same organization.

Each exhibitor position will include a skirted 6 foot table.

A limited number of electrical outlets are available for Exhibitors' tables for a $55 fee. These will be assigned on a first come first serve basis, as applications are accepted. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords.

Exhibitor table placement will be determined by the Event Manager of Ontario Contact, based on space and availability. Booth location and Contact Room maps will be provided upon your arrival, or on our Ontario Contact website resources page.
