Our Colleagues of Tomorrow

Ontario Contact wants to encourage the Presenters, Artists and Agents/Managers of Tomorrow. If you know a young person who may be interested in a career in touring, is currently undertaking presenting arts activity with little or no guidance or is just curious about career opportunities in the presenting arts sector, encourage him or her to apply to Ontario Contact’s Youth Delegate Programme. Successful applicants will have all expenses paid by Ontario Contact (registration, travel, accommodation and meals).

It is a condition that successful applicants are associated with an organization that is sending a delegate to Ontario Contact, and who is willing to continue as a mentor to the Youth Delegate in their home community.

Applications must be received by October 1, 2011. Please encourage your prospective Youth Delegate to forward an email with “Youth Delegate Program” in the subject line to Cheryl Ewing, Event Manager at . Please ensure the following information is included:
  • Their Age
  • Previous presenting experience (if any)
  • Why they are interested in applying to the programme
  • The name of their sponsoring organization
  • The name of the delegate from the sponsoring organization who will be attending Ontario Contact and is willing to sponsor the Youth Delegate.
